    We take 45 to 60 minutes for your complaints, your history and a careful examination.

    Treatment

    Already in the first session you receive targeted treatment and first exercises for home.

    You receive a clear treatment plan and know how many sessions make sense.

With these documents we can make the most of your treatment:

  • A medical referral / prescription, if you have one
  • Your insurance card and an official ID document
  • Comfortable clothing you can move easily in
  • Earlier findings, reports or imaging (e.g. X-ray, MRI)
  • Your questions — ideally written down
Fees & insurance

Physio Seefeld treats patients with a medical referral through basic insurance, as well as self-payers and supplementary-insured patients. Billing is transparent and tariff-based.

Basic insurance

With a medical referral, physiotherapy is billed through mandatory health insurance.

Supplementary insurance

Treatments without a referral may be covered depending on your supplementary insurance — we are EMR- and ASCA-recognised.

Self-payers

We are happy to provide a transparent cost estimate in advance.

Common questions about the first appointment

Do I need a medical referral?
For billing through basic insurance, a medical referral is required. Self-payers and many supplementary insurances do not need a referral.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually within the same week. For urgent matters we will find a solution at short notice.
How long does a treatment take?
Allow 45 to 60 minutes for the first treatment; follow-up appointments usually take 30 minutes.
Will my data be kept confidential?
Absolutely. All data is subject to professional confidentiality and Swiss data protection.
